Preparation - SEMS Organization Code required
The Installer program is connected to our Smart Energy Management System (SEMS) portal. Please note that the registration for the online training requires a SEMS Organization Code. If your company does not have this yet, please register here. The SEMS Organization Code will be sent to you automatically, please check the spam filter in case you have not received an email from us. Further details on how to sign up for the SEMS portal can be found here.
Qualification criteria
To qualify as a GoodWe PLUS+ Installer Company, a representative of the installer company needs to successfully pass one training session, which all are online videos. The trainings are available on-demand; you can pause the program and pick up again where you started depending on your schedule. A total of three training sessions are available, please select the one that is most relevant for your business. The GoodWe PLUS+ membership is registered on the company, not individual employees. As such, it is only required to pass the qualification once per company.

Within two business days after successfully completing the qualification training, you will receive two emails: one confirming your GoodWe PLUS+ certification, and another providing details about the onboarding coupon.

Frequently Asked Questions
Solar and electrical installer companies in the United States and Canada can qualify for membership by successfully selecting and completing one on-demand sessions on our digital training platform. A SEMS organization code is required to be able to sign up for our training platform.
Visit our SEMS portal to create a company account: https://www.semsportal.com/Home/InstallerOpenRegistration.
Within 24 hours, an automated confirmation email with your organization code will be sent to the email address as provided. If you have not received the confirmation email, please check in your spam folder.
It is possible to pause the training program. The next time you log in, you can continue where you left off. However, you will need to complete the selected training session within one month from when you started in order to qualify for the GoodWe PLUS+ membership.
Select the training session that is most relevant to your business. The available sessions are:

▶ MS-US
▶ SMT 208V and 480V
The training platform is tracking your status so that you can easily follow your progress throughout the qualification process. When the system confirms that the required sessions have been completed, a notification is sent to GoodWe. Within a few days we will upgrade your company’s SEMS account to “GoodWe PLUS+” status.
